“Empowerment has always played a big part in my journey. From an early age I recognised my desire to have leverage over my own life. Soon after University I started my first Personal Training Business, my first professional venture into empowering others. Over the next 20 years this evolved. I qualified as a Life Coach and started a 1:1 practise. Keen to work with more people and have a greater impact, I ran my own coaching event in a local hotel in early 2023. This was the seed that would grow into ‘Heartbeat of Your Business’. I came up with the name in the middle of the night, after walking into my uncle’s cottage in Yorkshire. Guess what was on the TV…
